Greetings, fellow citizens of Earth! Thirteen months ago, on 10.10.10, Vimeans from all over the world participated in the massive One Day on Earth project. It was a huge success that brought together people from every single country, creating an archive of over 3000 hours of video. We’re doing it again this year, on 11.11.11, and we’re encouraging the entire Vimeo Community to participate! That means you!
Sign up on the One Day on Earth site and pick a cause or group to participate in. From there, all you need is a camera (with fresh batteries!) and your imagination this coming Friday, 11.11.11

Once again, I pass by this area all the time, and I love the way the different shades of green stand out. The lights and darks give the photo a layered quality that I really adore.

I pass by this bush every day, and I always think it’s sooo pretty! I really love all the different shades and vibrancy of the green.
