Used to share my work with others in a non-formal way. It is where I share my photos, thoughts, and experiences.
Occasionally I reblog posts from other users (always with appropriate credit).

“This shot is the most expensive shot in silent film history. It was filmed in a single take, that had to be perfect, with a real train and a ‘dummy’ engineer (notice the white arm hanging out the conductors window). Some of the locals who came to watch the filming, thought the dummy was a real person and screamed in horror; supposedly, one person even fainted.”

I did this series for my color film class in 2006 (I even left the stupid framing and tagging I was doing back then). I had asked my friend Analee and her boyfriend Kevin to model for me. The series was a huge hit on Flickr, for many reasons I’m sure I don’t want to know about. The external hard drive I had saved my negative scans to crashed long ago and I plan on first, finding the negatives, and second, getting them scanned again. I would never shoot with film again but this was fun to process and print.
